What do I need to bring?

You need a yoga mat, a quite place, soft towel, water bottle, and an open mind.

Is it suitable for all age groups?

The Pain to Easeworkshop is suitable for anyone between 35-60 & can safely join as the movements are simple and guided.  

How will you guide me online?

The Pain to Ease is a 3-day LIVE online workshop in which I will observe you during practice, make suggestions and show posture references so that you align safely.

Are recordings available?

Recordings are not available . You will get maximum benefit when you practice live.
